On Friday, January 27, six members of the Student Energy Board interacted with young learners at Marshall Traditional School in South Bend. Simple demonstrations showing different forms of energy transformation captivated and amazed the budding scientists and engineers. Thanks to volunteers Evan Wood, Zachary Dooner, Margaret Taylor, Annie Lang, Leah Delfausse, and Andrea Reisinger for donating their Friday evenings to a great cause.

Student Energy Board members Alexandra Sepulveda, Juan Flores, Vongaishe Mutatu, Yeji Kwon, and Will Roberts interacted with nearly 80 families during the annual Science Night event at Marshall Traditional School in South Bend on Friday, January 28 from 6-8 p.m. Marshall students participated in interactive science experiments presented by local universities/colleges in hopes of inspiring them to become interested in the STEM field.
