Outreach
ND Energy supports energy-related research through the development of outreach programs that have a broad-reaching impact on the education and understanding of today's global energy challenges. By translating the research that is being done in the Notre Dame laboratories, ND Energy is able to transform this information into meaningful hands-on activities and curricula that then can be taken out into the communities and classrooms to help educate people of all ages. By having both on-campus and off-campus outreach programs, ND Energy is able to make a greater impact on raising awareness and contributing to the education of the most critical energy topics and issues facing our world today.
Many of these programs are planned and organized by ND Energy's Student Energy Board. Membership is open to undergraduate students from all colleges/schools at Notre Dame. If you would like to get involved, contact Anne Berges Pillai for more information.
