Campus Outreach

In addition to working with high level researchers on the next generation of energy solutions, ND Energy engages with students, faculty, and staff to provide educational opportunities related to work being done in laboratories and by policy makers. In addition to Energy Week held each fall, speakers, career events, documentaries, and other opportunities are sponsored or cosponsored throughout the year. 

Students interested in helping initiate and plan these types of events should consider joining the Student Energy Board (SEB). 

Distinguished Lectures Distinguished Lectures Invited speakers address topics in energy and share their knowledge and expertise with students, faculty, and others.
Energy Week Energy Week A week-long program of events focused on creating awareness and educating students and others about major topics in energy.
Sustainability Expo Sustainability Expo Research, education, and career development opportunities for students in energy, the environment, and sustainability studies.
What's It Really Like What's It Really Like Small group discussions for students to get advice from professionals about careers in energy.
