Interdisciplinary Computational Research

Dr. Paul Brenner, Senior Associate Director, Center for Research Computing, and Associate Professor of the Practice, will discuss Notre Dame's Computational Social Science REU and how it promotes the progress of social science discoveries through the application of advanced computational applications to solve problems of national interest. He will also cover broader impacts, including the critical advancement of education in computational social science, engaging underrepresented groups, and interacting with high school students and international research peers to enhance professional STEM development.
