Summer Programs For Ugs

Undergraduate students conducting summer research in collaboration with Notre Dame faculty are invited to participate in professional development and networking events sponsored by REU and Fellowship programs in the College of Engineering, College of Science, The Graduate School, ND International, and ND Research.

Events are designed to support undergraduate education and help students prepare for the Summer Undergraduate Research Symposium, where students will present their research projects to a broader audience. Due to the coronavirus pandemic and the need for safe distancing, students will be conducting their research projects remotely, and therefore, all events will be held via ZoomRegistration is not required yet appreciated.

Virtual Summer Undergraduate Research Symposium   July 28

Undergraduate researchers participated in a virtual Summer Undergraduate Research Symposium on Wednesday, July 29, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. (EDT) and from 1 to 3 p.m. (EDT). Students had 10 minutes each to present their research and answer questions. Friends and family of the presenters, as well as the entire campus community, were invited to attend.
