We are showered every day with the gifts of the Earth, and yet we are tied to institutions that relentlessly ask what more can we take? Drawing upon both scientific and Indigenous knowledges, Robin Wall Kimmerer will discuss the covenant of reciprocity and how we might use the gifts and responsibilities of humans in support of mutual thriving. The Reilly Center is delighted to bring Robin Wall Kimmerer to campus for the 2024 John Ruskin Birthday Lecture in the Sr. Kathleen Cannon, O.P., Distinguished Lecture Series. All Notre Dame students, faculty, and staff are welcome to attend.
