Wolfgang Mössinger, Consul General of Germany in Chicago, has over thirty years of experience with the German Foreign Office serving in Senegal, Finland, Russia, Scotland, Azerbaijan, and Ukraine. He has served as the Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Chicago since July 2019. His lecture will discuss the transition of power, energy resources, and the dynamics between Germany and Russia in light of the war in Ukraine.

The lecture is free and open to the public. 

Lunch will be available on a first-come, first-served basis 30 minutes prior to the lecture at noon.
