7th Annual Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering Graduate Research Symposium

 
Cbe Grad Symposium

The CBE Graduate Research Symposium is a forum hosted in the fall for CBE graduate students to present their research to a diverse audience comprised of peers, department faculty, alumni, and guests from industry and academia. Over the course of the day, students will showcase research from a wide range of disciplines, including energy and sustainability, nano- and micro-fluidics, simulation and theory, systems engineering, materials science, nanotechnology, and bioengineering.

The symposium for 2021-2022 will be held on September 23 and 24 (Thursday and Friday), 2021.

Thursday's session will be held virtually and feature the keynote address by Dr. Gokul Krishnan, Vice President at Enphase Energy, and an industry alumni panel discussion.

Friday's session will be held in-person at the Dahnke Ballroom in the Duncan Student Center with invited talks and a poster session. Scheduled speakers are:

  • Prof. Xiaoxia Lin, University of Michigan
  • Dr. Bruce Cook, Purdue University
