BP 2014 Discovery Days
BP is offering leadership programs designed for driven students who want to build real-world skills before graduation . Discovery Days is not a recruiting event - it is a two-and-a-half day program designed to give students valuable insight into the energy industry, and to help them cultivate networking and leadership competencies that go beyond the classroom .

Your program options
BP is hosting two distinct Discovery Days programs this year.

Diversity Leadership Days: June 19 - 21, Houston, Texas and August 14 - 16, Houston, Texas
An opportunity for you to learn more about how diversity and inclusion translates into the professional world now and in the future. This program is open to diverse first and second year university students majoring in Engineering, Science or Business.
Emerging Leaders Days: July 17 - 19, Houston, Texas
This program focuses on activities and exercises that demonstrate how studies and experiences are the ideal foundation for a successful career in energy. This program is open to first and second year university students who possess a qualifying GPA, are majoring in Engineering, Science or Business, and have been active in developing their professional skills.
