Notre Dame's first ever Energy Week was held October 7-13, 2007. It was a huge success, thanks to the many student volunteers and faculty and staff participation. We are especially grateful to the sponsors -- Notre Dame Energy Center and its Student Advisory Board, the Energy and Environmental Issues Committee, the Students for Environmental Action, the Joint Engineering Council, and the Notre Dame Student Government. During the week, students, faculty and staff participated in many energy-related activities. Energy Week Quiz Results

There were 112 students who took the Energy Week Quiz. Five respondents anwered all of the questions correctly. A random drawing was held, and quiz winners Sofia Rodriguez and Nick Simonson each received $50 in cash! In case you're interested, click here for the answers to the quiz!!

Energy Week Video Competition Results

Video submissions were: "Save Energy, Save the World" by Steve Marzo and "Energy Week 2007" by Thomas Klepach. The winner of the competition -- Steve Marzo -- received $250 cash.
