Isabelle Elizondo '21 graduated from Notre Dame with a degree in International Economics and joined Bank of America to work as a risk analyst. During this time, she often reflected on a conversation and a course she had with Professor Julia Thomas from Notre Dame's Department of History. After two years, she made the leap and moved to a non-profit to focus on 'people and planet.' Isabelle will speak about her career shift and her current role as Green Finance Advocate for the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC). The NRDC has fought for global environmental policies that "ensure the rights of all people to clean air, clean water, and healthy communities."
