TJ Kanczuzewski will talk about his recently published book, Building a Brilliant Tomorrow: The Transformation of Inovateus Solar and the Energy Revolution. From a history of solar to his view of the future, TJ will offer insights into how his company is competing on the world stage in an ever-evolving environment.

TJ Kanczuzewski is President and Chief Executive Officer of Inovateus Solar, one of the country’s leading solar development, design, engineering, procurement, construction and supply companies. Headquartered in South Bend, Indiana, the company has developed and built more than 325 megawatts of utility, rural electric cooperative, commercial, industrial, governmental, educational and microgrid solar power systems in the U.S. and Caribbean.

Driven by the Inovateus pledge to “Build A Brilliant Tomorrow,” TJ has been instrumental in developing a world-class solar team that has successfully deployed solar energy projects and products internationally. Under his leadership, Inovateus has been recognized as one of the “Best Places to Work in Indiana” by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce in 2014, 2016 and 2017. TJ has participated in a special briefing at the White House on clean energy and also received the 2016 “Outstanding Young Business Leader” award by the St. Joseph County Chamber of Commerce. Among his business and community awards, TJ was honored as a 2013 “Forty Under 40” recipient for northern Indiana and southwest Michigan. He graduated from Columbia College (Chicago) in 2004 with a BA in business management.
