Center for Coal Technology Research

CCTR's second 2011 Advisory Panel meeting will take place on the campus of the University of Notre Dame (South Bend, Indiana). This meeting is being hosted by the Notre Dame Energy Center, and is open to the public. Meeting website: http://www.purdue.edu/discoverypark/energy/CCTR/event/cctr_meetings_aug2011/   

Venue:  Notre Dame Conference Center (McKenna Hall), Room 210-214.

McKenna Hall is located along Notre Dame Avenue across from the Morris Inn; it is south of the Main Building and west of the football stadium.

Registration:  Although there is no charge for attending this meeting, we ask that everyone register to aid us in making meeting arrangements. http://www.purdue.edu/discoverypark/energy/CCTR/event/cctr_meetings_aug2011/register.php   

Parking:  Parking is available in the Eck Visitor Parking Lot, which is across the street from McKenna Hall. Free parking tickets will be available at the meeting for anyone parking in this lot.

Lodging:  A block of 15 rooms is being held by the Notre Dame Energy Center for our meeting at the Morris Inn http://morrisinn.nd.edu/  at a rate of $132/single/night plus tax ($152/double). This block is being held until August 8th. You are responsible for making your own lodging arrangements. Note that hotel cancelation policy is by 4:00 pm on the day of arrival; if you aren't certain whether you will need a room, it may be better to book a room before the August 8th deadline and cancel than to wait too long and not get a room at all.
