Research Interests
My research emphasizes energy and natural resource law and policy in the United States. My last several law review articles have examined legal issues that arise in the extraction of energy resources from public lands. I also study the political economy of energy governance at the state and federal level. Finally, I study environmental regulations pertaining to energy generation and resource extraction.
