The National Science Foundation (NSF) supports fundamental science and engineering research and education with a budget of $7 billion. Learn about the focus of the NSF, its new efforts and its merit review process. Differences between directorates and other federal agencies, such as Department of Defense (DOD), will be emphasized. Learn the best ways to connect with NSF program officers and resources to support your research and STEM education programs. Dr. Olsen will provide her top 10 reasons as to how NOT to get a grant. She will be available for questions and answers after the presentation.
